This is it, the final day, and concluding post for this blog. What an honor this has been.
As Current wraps up today, some of you have wondered where you might find Current/ Arena regular writers after this week. Here is a starter list that is probably not comprehensive, but it will give you, well, a starting point. Not everyone has a regular blog or website, but some have a significant role with other publications, so I included those as well. And thank you for reading us here over these past four (or, in the case of the Arena, two) years!
Jim Cullen: Jim has a Substack where you can follow his work going forward, including learning more about his new book, coming later this year!
Dixie Dillon Lane: Dixie is Associate Editor at Hearth & Field and Contributing Editor at Front Porch Republic. She writes regularly for a wide range of publications, so the best place to keep up with her work is her Substack.
John Fea: The Way of Improvement Leads Home blog has moved to a new home.
Elisabeth Lasch-Quinn: Through her role as Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Culture, you should check out her work in The Hedgehog Review.
Jon Schaff: I personally am going to miss reading Jon’s writing at the Arena, but we can all find him regularly at Front Porch Republic, where he is a Contributing Editor.
Elizabeth Stice: Last summer Elizabeth launched a review, Orange Blossom Ordinary. You can find a number of other Current writers there as well. Elizabeth is also Contributing Editor at Front Porch Republic and she writes for a wide range of other publications.
Daniel Williams: Dan has recently launched a Substack. He has two books coming this fall–here are details on one of them. In addition, he is a regular contributor to Christianity Today and a monthly contributor to The Anxious Bench–so you can find him in these spaces too.
Nadya Williams:Â I am a regular contributor to Christianity Today, a Contributing Editor at Providence and at Front Porch Republic, a Featured Author at Fairer Disputations, and I write at a variety of other publications as time allows. I send out a weekly update rounding up any writing from the previous week via my Substack.
