Is this a Mastriano concession?

The GOP candidate for governor has yet to concede the election to Josh Shapiro.

He posted this to Facebook about an hour ago:

Many of his followers are interpreting this picture as a kind of concession:

—Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Pennsylvania: “Sir, you and Rebbie were absolutely the shining light on that hill–a hill we had all walked through with shutdowns and mandates and then we found YOU. You have ignited in us a movement that does not stop here. We see what complete strangers who become friends and family can achieve! When God is the guide, nothing is a coincidence or a mistake. We are so proud of the race you so diligently ran along with your strong and amazing other half. You are forever in our hearts and will always be in our prayers.”

—Thank you both for trying to save Pa.. We appreciate your great effort. You need to take some R&R after the long campaign. You gave it your all. In God’s Hands now. God’s richest blessings to you.

–Thank you Doug and Rebbie for giving it your best!!! You are still in there for a time such as this

–Everything happens for a reason. Would love to have seen you and Rebbie be able to fight for PA like you have been doing. God has other plans for you………..stay tuned. Thank you so much for giving of yourselves like you did.

–You have inspired us all to be patriots in our own way. You are the most honorable political candidate I have ever had the privilege to vote for, and I’ve never felt more certain casting a vote than I did yesterday. PLEASE keep fighting for us; there are some dark days ahead in PA.

–I listened to Mike Lindell tonite and “Maga Raccoon “. I hope you plan to fight this corruption just like you fought 2020. You have our hearts and our support even more then Trump did and the people of PA are sick of having to live with the results of corrupted elections. Fight Doug….we got your back!

–I truly am heartbroken . I’m told there is a plan. Even saw where a dead man was elected in PA. The system is obviously broken. Just hope this is the dark before the dawn.

–God has you in the palm of his hand and he is not finished with you yet. You sat in front of my family at Sight and Sound theatre last year with your family and even though I knew who you were, I didn’t want to bother you. I was in awe of your love for your family and our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Although I am disappointed you will not be representing us as Governor, I do know that your journey will continue and am so thankful for your service.

–Never have I witnessed a more sincere, dedicated, and humble servant of the people. While we are not celebrating together we are thankful & full of gratitude for all you have done for Pennsylvania. You have shown us what a loyal Governor should be. A fighter for the people. We will all continue to fight the good fight together . –I have not read the election code in depth, so forgive me if I am wrong on this statement, but…. If legal and ethical, Rebbie should run for office as well. She stood right by your side fighting for the commonwealth citizens right along side of you.
