This is a direct attack on the First Amendment. Regardless of how you feel about DEI, teaching any element of it is protected by the First Amendment. This is a federal prosecutor attacking the curriculum of a private Christian college. Inexcusable.

I remember the dire warnings that the Feds under Obama would be reaching into Christian colleges to censor our curricula and our speech. I wouldn’t have predicted back then that it was going to be REPUBLICANS who were suppressing, censoring, and cajoling our curricula and our speech.
