

The Way of Improvement Leads Home blog is going on a short hiatus as we do maintenance on our website to upgrade our membership services and begin our move away from Patreon. This move will make access to Current more user friendly for those of you who financially support our work. Here is the letter we sent to our patrons yesterday:
Dear Current Members,
We are finally ready to begin our transition of Current’s membership and login system away from Patreon. We will begin doing so this coming weekend, March 4-5. Here’s how it will affect you:
- Logins will no longer go through Patreon. They will happen directly at currentpub.com.
- You will need to create a password for currentpub.com using the “Lost Password?” link on our login page. You can find more details on this process below.
- Your billing will continue through Patreon for the time being. While any new memberships will process billing directly on our website, we are “grandfathering” existing Patreon memberships to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. Should you desire to transition your billing away from Patreon, let us know and we’ll give you a hand.
How to create your new password at currentpub.com
You already have a user account at Current! We were able to import all of the existing Patreon members using the same email address that was used at Patreon.
Starting March 5, in order to create your new Current password:
- Visit currentpub.com and click the “Login” link, or go there directly at https://currentpub.com/login/.
- On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link below the login form. This will take you to the Lost Password page.
- On the Lost Password page, enter the same email address you used for your Patreon membership and click “Get New Password.”
- Check your email for the password reset link. Follow that link and create your new password!
