Thanks for reading The Way of Improvement Leads blog home this year. I know some of my longtime readers were concerned about the blog moving to Current back in April 2021. For thirteen years all of my posts were open to anyone who stopped by to visit, thus making the move to a patron model a disappointment for many. We lost readers. But in the end, the daily demands of producing the blog and the podcast was just too much to handle without additional support. Additional support meant additional staff. And additional staff meant more money for payroll.
Whether you have been a longtime reader, or have just recently found the blog and our larger Current platform, I appreciate all of you. Thank you. I wish you and your family a happy 2023!
