Catholic historian Christopher Shannon discusses Catholic and Evangelical historiography

John Fea   |  September 9, 2022 Leave a Comment

If you have been reading Current this week you may have noticed that we featured an interview with historian Christopher Shannon and a review of his new book American Pilgrimage: A Historical Journey Through Catholic Life in a New World. Last night I listened to Shannon on the Al Kresta radio program. In the first several minutes of the interview Kresta and Shannon have a fascinating conversation about the differences and similarities between evangelical and Catholic historiography.

Listen here:

Shannon is a Current contributing editor.
