Who will enhance humanities research at Christian colleges?

John Fea   |  May 24, 2021

I am happy for my STEM colleagues at Christian colleges. Here is Inside Higher Ed:

Nine Christian colleges will receive more than $1.5 million in total grant funding as part of a project to enhance science, technology, engineering and mathematics research at Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) member institutions, CCCU and its U.K. subsidiary, Scholarship & Christianity in Oxford, announced Thursday. The nine colleges will receive grants worth up to almost $192,500 each. Institutions that received funding are Abilene Christian University in Texas, Azusa Pacific University in California, Calvin University in Michigan, Dordt University in Iowa, Gordon College in Massachusetts, Seattle Pacific University in Washington, Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Wheaton University in Illinois and Whitworth University in Washington.

I wonder who will step-up to fund research in the disciplines essential to the creation of democratic citizens and informed church members.
