Here is Ted Cruz after violent protests at a Trump rally in 2016:

Both Rubio and Cruz are expected to vote for Donald Trump’s acquittal in his impeachment trial. In other words, they do not believe that Trump incited the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
