John Fea   |  February 4, 2021

They are:

Mario Diaz-Balart (Florida-25th): He is serving his 9th term in Congress. District covers parts of Miami-Dade Countyy, Hendry County, and Collier County. In January he objected to the Electoral College count. He is Catholic.

Brian Fitzpatrick (Pennsylvania-1st): He is serving his second term in Congress. District covers mostly Bucks County.

Carlos Giminez (Florida-26th): Like Greene, he is serving his first term in Congress. District covers parts of Monroe County and Miami-Dade County. In January he objected to the Electoral College count. He is Catholic.

Chris Jacobs (New York-27th): Like Greene, he is serving his first term in Congress. District covers the Buffalo suburbs. In January he objected to the Electoral College count. He is Catholic.

John Katko (New York-24th): He is serving his third term in Congress. District covers several upstate New York counties, including the city of Syracuse. In January he voted to impeach Trump. He is Catholic.

Young Kim (California-39): Like Greene, she is serving her first term in Congress. District covers several southern California counties, including parts of Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Adam Kinzinger (Illinois-16): He is serving his sixth term in Congress. District covers several counties to the south and west of Chicago. In January he voted to impeach Trump. He is an evangelical Christian.

Nicole Malliotakis (New York-11): Like Greene, she is serving her first term in Congress. District covers Staten Island and parts of southern Brooklyn. In January she objected to the Electoral College count. She is Greek Orthodox.

Maria Salazar (Florida-27): Like Greene, she is serving her first term in Congress. District covers most of Miami and Miami Beach.

Chris Smith (New Jersey-04): He is serving his twenty-first term in Congress. District covers central New Jersey.

Fred Upton (Michigan-06): He is serving his eighteenth term in Congress. District covers parts of southern and southeast Michigan, including Lansing. He voted to impeach Trump in January. He is a Protestant.

Four of the Republicans who called for the punishment of Greene also objected to the Electoral College count on January 6.

Three of the Republicans–Giminez, Kim, Malliotakis–joined the House on January 3, 2021. I guess they got to know Greene during orientation and didn’t like what they saw and heard.
