    I am relieved that the descriptor history is in quotation marks.

    Glenn Beck tops the list. But how many historians have read this book or responded to it? As you'd expect, there's a lot of crazy in it. But unless real historians say so, how is Beck's wider audience (those who haven't drunk the kook-aid) going to know?
