No Sunday Night Odds and Ends This Week

I wrote a Sunday night odds and ends post this week, but inadvertently posted it to the Religion in American History blog.  Then when I went to delete it from RIAH, I forgot to copy it over to my blog.  So, as far as I can tell, it is lost forever.
