In case you missed it, here is Springsteen, Steve Van Zandt, Roy Bittan and The Roots on last night’s Late Show With Jimmy Fallon.

“Because the Night” was written by Springsteen, but he never finished it.  He eventually gave it to Patti Smith who finished the song and had a hit with it.
