The other day I received the page-proofs for Was America Founded as a Christian Nation: A Historical Introduction. Everything looks great. All that is left (we hope) is a final close reading of the text to catch any minor errors. My research assistants–Katie and Valerie–are hard at work on the proofreading process. (Thanks!) I hope to get to it after I return from New Jersey where I will be joining the celebration in honor of my grandfather’s 100th birthday!
We are optimistic that the book will appear on time in February. Stay tuned!
We also just got word that the book was accepted for a talk and signing in March at the 2011 Virginia Festival of the Book in Charlottesville. This is exciting news!
