  • John Hoeven, R-N.D.
  • Mitch McConnell, R-Ky.
  • Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska (Member of the bipartisan committee)
  • Rob Portman, R-Ohio (Member of the bipartisan committee)
  • James E. Risch, R-Idaho
